Career progression

The formal titles—Support Team Lead · SysAdmin · IT Project Manager—describe one combined remit, not three disconnected jobs. Since 2016 I have owned group-level IT and PMO work for a growing multi-city café network (publicly 90+ locations in Poland).

Systems & branches: multi-site POS reliability, workplace platforms, monitoring, and identity lifecycle across the network.
Vendors & stakeholders: delivery and payment integrations (including Deliverect), finance-facing settlement visibility, HR-driven account automation, and cross-team rollout ownership.
Automation leadership: designed and shipped agentic PM tooling, FinOps reconciliation, and privacy-preserving document AI—without a separate “automations department.”

Head of Automations is the accurate label for the work already done end-to-end: diagnose operational bottlenecks, build governed automation, and keep revenue-critical paths observable.
